According to the requirements of the project, the ZA house with very flexible design and the K house with easy installation are selected to ensure that the design concept of the customer can be combined and quickly completed the delivery and installation.
1. High technical requirements
The customer’s house drawings are all relatively irregular designs, with uneven positions. This requires Chengdong to complete the processing of this node to ensure the smooth progress of the on-site installation and achieve the best wind and rain protection effect. Through continuous discussion and improvement of the technical team, various problems were finally overcome and an approved solution was provided to the customer, which was highly praised by the customer after the installation was completed.
2. The construction period is tight
Including the production and installation period, the customer’s requirements are very tight. We need to complete the procurement, production and delivery of all materials within half a month, and we need an installer to guide on-site and complete all the houses within two months. After receiving the task, Chengdong convened an emergency production meeting to finally confirm that each link was implemented. Through the efforts of all Chengdong staffs, the delivery of the product was successfully completed on time.
