Project Overview
It is the first phase of the light railway (the section from the airport to the new railway station) of the new transportation system in Astana.
According to preliminary estimates, the manpower peak of this project is 3,000. In order to meet the construction needs of the project, a temporary camp that can accommodate 3000
people for office and living needs to be established. Winter in Astana is cold, long and less snowy. The snow cover period lasts for 130 to 140 days. The coldest winter has an
absolute temperature of -52℃.
In view of the severe winter weather conditions mentioned above, in accordance with the customer’s strict requirements for the sealing and insulation of the camp
and barracks, roof snow pressure load and structure calculation, delivery cycle, and camp approval, ZA type housing products are recommended for this project design. The
total area of the bidding camp is 18041 square meters, the total number of houses is 60, the house maintenance materials are all 150mm rock wool color steel composite
panels, and the windows are hollow three-layer glass casement windows.
