Solution

1.Design for hurricane resistance

The project site is located in a hurricane-prone area, and the primary problem is a stable and strong structure.

A.Upgrade on the basis of mature products, new simulation of actual wind conditions for verification and experiments.
B.Upgrade the connection method of wall purlin and roof purlin to improve wind resistance.
C.All components are processed without welding, which reasonably avoids the hidden dangers caused by residual stress and artificial welding failure.
D.Considering the periodicity of hurricanes, detachable wind-resistant cables are added to ensure structural safety while fully considering economy.

2.Corrosion resistant design

After investigation, the existing houses of ordinary specifications could not meet the climate for use. Combining the operational feasibility and comprehensive cost economy of production and logistics, the optimal plan is selected after a large number of experiments and analysis, to better ensure the safety and durability of the project.

A.Focus on the inspection of the anti-corrosion ability of the structure under severe conditions. After demonstration, the method of galvanizing + secondary special treatment is finally adopted, which effectively solves the hidden danger of structural corrosion at the seaside.
B.The maintenance materials are cooperated with well-known manufacturers according to the project environment and usage conditions. The customized color steel sandwich panels are used in a targeted manner which the coating has higher corrosion resistance. The theoretical data is 2-3 times that of the same-level panels, which is better guarantees the safety and durability of the project.

3.Roof waterproof and wind resistance design

In view of the large rainfall at the seaside and strong wind, it is necessary to consider the ease of installation on site.

The roof panel and the purlin are connected by groove bolts to achieve “line connection” (patented technology), so that the roof and the structure are connected as a whole, and the wind resistance of the roof is significantly improved. Abandon the traditional self-tapping nail fixing method (point connection), reduce the risk of water leakage caused by improper operation or aging nail position, realize the waterproof structure, and effectively solve the waterproof problem.
