Solution
1. Structural system and section advantages
ZA adopts cold-formed double C-shaped steel with bolt connection. This structure has the advantage of light weight, high using rate and high strength.
2. Anti-corrosion advantages
All structures such as beams, columns and purlins are treated with hot-dip galvanizing, which has superior anti-corrosion performance. The standard fittings are all bolted together without welding, which reduces the problems of deformation and stress concentration caused by welding.
3. Transportation and construction advantages
The profiles can be packaged for transportation. The components are prefabricated in the factory and assembled on site. No humidity, noise, dust and less construction waste.
