Solution

1.Moisture-proof and anti-corrosion
The house adopts a fully galvanized elevated floor with an overhead height of 300mm, so that the bottom is smoothly ventilated, avoiding the ground from being wet and ensuring a dry indoor living environment.

The structure of the house is made of hot-dip galvanized steel. The quality of the hot-dip galvanized profile is stable, and the surface layer is not easy to fall off. It has very good anti-corrosion performance and is suitable for environments with high humidity.

2. Kitchen fire prevention
The wall panel is with EPS insulation which has poor fire resistance. The functional house finally uses light steel keel + glass wool insulation + calcium silicate board on the surface of the original wall material to solve the fire prevention problem in the kitchen.

3.Difficult concrete construction
The site construction conditions are poor and there is no large amount of concrete pouring. The type A house is light in weight and has low foundation requirements.

The floor of the house adopts an elevated ground and there is no need to rebuild the ground on site, greatly reducing the amount of concrete construction.
