Project name: Xinjiang Dashixia Dam Project Department Living and Office Camp Project
Construction scale: The planned area is about 33,500 square meters, and the building area is about 11,000 square meters. The main function of the project is department
management personnel office and living room, the service life is 10 years, and the designed wind resistance level is 11 degree.
Design idea: The project has a planned construction period of seven years, and the surrounding living environment is relatively harsh. In order to improve the living and
office environment of the employees, the project leader put forward higher requirements for the overall plan of the camp. According to the requirements of the project
leaders for the office and living environment, our company conducted in-depth research on the overall plan of the camp. In order to simultaneously meet the factors such
as fast construction progress, excellent office and living environment, and low construction cost, we finally adopted the light steel structure house plus decoration plan.
Diversity of camp houses
Office building: As a landmark building of the entire camp, the office building reflects the overall strength of the project company. It adopts light steel villa houses.
Compared with brick-concrete structure houses, the light steel villa houses have the same comfort in use. The design service life is 50years. However, in terms of cost, earthquake
resistance, environmental protection, and construction efficiency, it is higher than that of brick-concrete structure houses.
The laboratories and canteens adopt ZA and ZM room types to meet the use functions of the house and at the same time minimize the construction cost.
The guest house and dormitory use the ZA+ decoration room type. The traditional light steel temporary construction house can no longer meet the needs of the project.
The interior uses light steel keel gypsum board decoration, which completely changes the metal cold feeling of the color steel house and gives the project staff a better and
warm feeling which is closer to the feeling at home.
Gymnasium: In order to enrich the spare-time life of project employees, an indoor gymnasium with an area of 1,500 square meters was built using H-shaped steel
structure. Indoor basketball court, badminton court, and fitness equipment area are arranged in the gymnasium.
2020 is an unforgettable year for human history. Countries around the world have been attacked by the new corona virus. It also completely disrupted the original
construction plan of the entire project. It was originally planned that the first batch of goods entered the construction site in early February 2020. Due to the requirements
of the prevention and control of the new corona virus epidemic, the first batch of goods entered the construction site smoothly on April 9, 2020.
Affected by the new corona epidemic, many laborers have failed to go out to work normally in 2020. After the goods arrive on the scene, they are faced with the problem
of staff shortage. However, due to the proactive style of work of Chengdong people, they have made sufficient preparations in advance and have arrived on time in Construction Site.
On June 11, there was a second outbreak in Beijing’s Xinfadi wholesale market. Chengdong, as a manufacturing company in Beijing, was also affected. The delivery plan of the entire
project was adjusted for the second time to minimize the project loss. .
The epidemic in Beijing has passed, but the matter is not over. On July 27th, due to the impact of the epidemic in Urumqi, Xinjiang, measures were taken to restrict the
movement of people in Xinjiang. However, through the communication and efforts of Chengdong people and project customers, the project was successfully completed.
Delivered to customers for use.
Although the epidemic is terrible, Chengdong people’s belief in doing things is firm and the concept of serving customers remains unchanged. Choosing Chengdong
