Last time my father went home and said he would take his brother to ride the Ferris wheel, his brother was very happy. But the father who suddenly received an urgent task disappointed his brother. He carried his suitcase and left without looking back.
I heard from my father that he participated in 53 Chinese overseas engineering projects, visited 27 countries, and even used 4 passports. Overseas, they use Chinese technology, Chinese speed, and Chinese standards for construction, and they are full of pride.
When I was six years old, I got a serious illness and stayed in the hospital for a long time. At that time, only my mother and her eight-month-old brother were with me. I really want my father to accompany me, but only my mother is by my side every day. Due to overwork, my brother was born early.
In fact, my father is very difficult overseas. He once walked 6 or 7 hours on rugged mountain roads to reach the construction site. When my brother and I saw a special report on the opening of the Mombasa-Nairobi Railway in Africa on TV, I knew that it was a project my father had done. Seeing the happy people in Africa, I suddenly felt that I understood my father. Although the work he did was hard, it was great.
During the Spring Festival, my father’s long-term dedication trophy was sent home by the leaders of my father’s company. I am very proud of my father.
